Bath and Shower 

Relaxing in warm, salted or mineral waters is one of the most ancient and soul replenishing activities. Salts, oils, and botanicals can help cure physical and mental ailments, and raising your body temperature just one degree can trigger anti-stress fighting brain chemicals. I really believe there is nothing a long soak in a warm tub can’t help, which is why I handcraft and use myself weekly, bath products with all natural ingredients.


If you are a shower person instead then there are still lots of ways to harness the warm water and steam and find joy and relaxation.
